Information from Upwork (via API key)

• Your Upwork profile: display name, headline, skills, and work history
• Job data: listings from searches you configure in the Service
• You connect using an Upwork API key — your Upwork password is never shared with us

Information we collect automatically

• Usage data: pages visited, features used, proposal generation activity
• Device information: browser type, operating system, IP address
• Cookies and similar technologies for session management and analytics

• To provide and operate the Service — generating proposals, scanning jobs, managing your pipeline
• To personalize AI proposal drafts using your work history and profile data
• To process payments and manage your subscription via Stripe
• To send transactional emails (confirmations, trial reminders, billing receipts) via Resend
• To improve the Service through aggregated, anonymized analytics
• To respond to support requests

We do not sell your personal data. We share information only with:

• Stripe — payment processing
• Resend — transactional email delivery
• AI provider — job description and profile context is sent to generate proposal drafts. No personally identifiable information beyond your professional profile is shared
• Upwork — we access your data via the Upwork API using your API key, in accordance with Upwork platform policies

We may also disclose information where required by law or to protect the rights and safety of our users or the public.

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we remove your personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law (e.g., billing records).

We use cookies for session authentication and analytics. You can disable cookies in your browser settings, though this will prevent you from staying logged in.

We use industry-standard encryption (HTTPS/TLS) for all data in transit. Your Upwork connection uses your API key — it is stored encrypted on our servers and never shared with third parties. Payment data is handled entirely by Stripe and never stored on our servers.

The Service is not directed to individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or by posting a notice in the Service. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
